Alex Forschner is a seasoned investor with more than 17 years of experience across global public and private equity markets. He joined Exome in 2020, when the firm transitioned from a single-family office, and plays a key role in guiding its investment strategy. Previously, Alex served as Senior Managing Director at Maxim Group, where he co-led the Merchant Capital Division, oversaw $1 billion in deal flow, and sourced and structured numerous equity and debt transactions. He holds degrees from the University of Arizona.

Exome Asset Management specializes in public market investments across the healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, healthcare services, and medical devices.

In his spare time, Alex Forschner is a dedicated community volunteer, serving as a Board Member of the Scarsdale Concours D'Elegance. This prestigious annual car show has raised over $750,000 for local charities across Westchester County.
